Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund (-10% restocking fee), or an exchange or store credit on most products excluding e-Books and digital downloads,.
To be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you the address where send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, not Fit to Compete Wellness inc. Fit to Compete Wellness Inc. does not offer free returns, unless it was a Fit to Compete packing error. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special order products (such as special orders or personalized items), and digital downloads (such as digital PDF guides and e-Books). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Equibands, sale items, or gift cards. Equibands are final sale.
Digital Products, such as guides, e-Books, PDF downloads are FINAL SALE.
Clearance Items
Clearance items and items that are on sale/discounted are *final sale* and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Please shop with this in mind.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a unique code for store credit within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Refunds
Refunds are given less a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are returned to the original form of payment. No refunds on shipping fees.
There are no refunds issued on digital downloads, including e-Books, guides, PDF downloads. These are FINAL SALE.
Cancelled Orders
Orders cancelled within 24 hours after being placed are eligible for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Please not it takes up to 10 business days to see the refund on your credit card.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipping outside of Canada may be charged duty and taxes upon receipt of item. The customer is wholly responsible for these fees.
